Warhammer 4th Edition / Empires Under Siege / Game 4: Chaos vs. High Elves

Description provided by celticgriffon on YouTube:

Empire Under Siege Campaign: Game 4: Chaos vs. High Elves High Elves: 776 points / Chaos: 956 points After causing destruction throughout the Empire the Chaos forces known moved onward. They found an abandoned village as they ravaged the surrounding land with unholy experiments defiling the land. Recovering from a heavy loss from a marauding band of Orcs and Goblins the expeditionary force of the High Elves was heading towards the ocean to return home. They stumbled upon a scorched and barren land. Fortunately the aqua blue rivers were untouched with pure mountain water. Scouting around they discovered it was a small group of Chaos men, demons and beasts causing the land to die. One named Glok had the touch of Nurge. Another named Grove had the mark of Tzeentch. "There will be not time to rest and recover. These foul foes must be stopped at all costs", stated Tor-rynn Lightsky. In our campaign rules the High Elves were given a Repeater Bolt Thrower to help with their efforts. They would also be able to setup after the forces of chaos were in position. They would also get 3 extra VP's and chose table side. Will this be enough to balance things?
