Overview and review of Blight of Undead, expansion for the board game Boardquest: Tales of Liria. Link to Gamefound campaign: https://gamefound.com/en/projects/ramezware/boardquest-blight-of-the-undead The expansion brings 2 new factions (undead and dwarves), a 4th powerful unit type for all factions (including the original 4 factions in the base game), new skills for the original 4 factions, more monsters and equipment for variety, and new map pieces. We'll take a look at what those new elements bring. Boardquest is a skirmish multiplayer game for 2 to 4 players in a fantasy universe. You claw your way to victory either by defeating all of the enemy heroes or by conquering the number of forts required for your player count. Monsters will get in the way...but also be an opportunity for experience, gold, and loot to allow you to become stronger. Players must pay attention to status effects from the monsters and weapons or find themselves in dire straights before they know it. Every turn can count, so plan ahead.
