Watch “Rallyman SHAKEDOWN: 45 - Mastering Monte-Carlo,” a board game video for Rallyman: DIRT – Monte-Carlo from Matt Elliott on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Matt Elliott on YouTube:
In this Shakedown, we explore the full Stage Life v2.0 rules to bring some dynamic weather and deadly drops off the side of cliffs to the content you can find in the Monte-Carlo expansion (which for those who don't know, combines some of the Rallyman: DIRT expansion content you've already seen in detail across many previous videos).
While it's important to remember that Rallyman is capable of an awful lot of stuff right out of the box, it is the community supporting it that really makes it shine. If something isn't quite working with a rule, the community has a fix. If an event is steeped in history, the community has recreated its stages. If someone really wants to be a single hazard roll away from plunging down the side of a mountain, the community - as shown here with the expanded Stage Life rules - has you covered.
So... will we survive the Rallye Monte-Carlo?

SHAKEDOWN is a showcase of Rallyman and the community that makes it what it is. From variant rules to recreated race tracks, from serious strategy to silly situations to find yourself in, I want to highlight anything and everything that makes this game shine, much of it community created content.
What would you like to see the most? What aspect of Rallyman hasn't been explored enough? Which circuits are hidden gems? What rules do you insist others try out for themselves? Let me know, and be sure to spread the word about whatever great Rallyman content you find on your travels.
The Stage Life v2.0 rules can be found in the Rallyman: DIRT files section on BoardGameGeek (https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/269225/stage-life-v20), which is also home to an awful lot of recreated rally stages for you to race over, like those in the DiRT Rally 2.0 and DirtXWRC Roadbooks.
