I used to do a lot of stop motion for some of my videos. This was to hide my shaking hands. I have Essential Tremors - so my hands constantly shake. However, since focusing more on how to play videos I have had to have my hands more in shot - and rather than try and hide it - well this is just something I have to live with. So please do not worry if my hands are particularly shaky in some videos!
