Welcome to Fun with Boxes, Episode 312: How to Play Soda Jerk, designed by Chris Yi (from the Dice Tower) and published by Allplay Join me as I guide you through the games components and then setup and show you how to play, Soda Jerk, a wonderful super tasty little card game! In Soda Jerk, you’ll start with a hand of tasty soda ingredient cards, like strawberry, blueberry, banana, kiwi and orange. On your turn, you can: Play a card face down in front of one of the soda taps Or Flip over a face down card The game keeps going until someone has three cards left, everyone flips over their cards one after the other or all the cards on the table are face-up. When that happens, figure out how much each tap is worth: show any cards that are still face down and add up all the cards that match the flavour, then take away all the cards that don’t. A tap can even be worth negative points! Finally, add up your score. Each card you have left is worth points equal to how much the matching tap is worth. So, if you had two strawberry cards and the tap was worth eight, you get sixteen points. See if you can score the most points while making your opponents go negative! This is a super fun light weight little card game that you can set up and play anywhere! I hope you enjoy Take care - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - If you like watching How to Play videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLi673oETge0oaXJZQ7_ZeOA3eynAymOPB If you like Unboxing videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLi673oETge0psAjTk16xH8eBLfsEi9-ti If you like Top 10 Lists: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLi673oETge0pE3ErGfWh0jVKok0LRDUoR If you like Board Game Conventions: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLi673oETge0paLAFnx377jWXQlYTlqfGc - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - BGG (Board Game Geek Link): https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/446953/soda-jerk - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - RULES OF PLAY I am super thrilled that Rules of Play continue to offer my viewers a 10% discount at their online store.
