tGG, ep. 15: MAQUIS games 1 & 2

Description provided by GIVEPAUSE hobby on YouTube:

Follow GIVEPAUSE on Twitter: @GIVEPAUSEhobby Welcome back to the Game Garage! We continue our look at Side Room Games' little gem Maquis. The games are generally short (especially in the case of the first one here), so I did two back to back. As I mentioned in the rules overview last time, I'm absolutely in love with the way that this tiny game space creates narrative arcs with the smallest rules adjustments and component usage. I know that the game isn't the most available thing in the world (which is absolutely a shame), but for those interested, not only is there an app which is a really faithful representation of the physical game, but get on SRG's mailing list if you're interested in snagging a copy during the anticipated reprint at the end of 2020! I know! Something good in 2020!!
