Here we go! A pretty unique game from 1980 called Plus One. It is really like a Simon Game, but an electronic device that you flip based on the direction of the game board. The colors are also very Simon like. It still required us to really think on what was going on and I think it was partly the batteries and the internal mechanisms that don't always recognize the flips if you do not make a clear move.
