In this short video, I’ll show you how to use the Variability Tiles mini expansion for Night at the Zoo.
I have no information on the availability of this mini expansion. It was available at the ALBI booth during Berlincon, I can only assume it will be available at the ALBI booth during Essen Spiel 2026.
During setup:
1. Take your 3 Variability Tiles.
2. Place them on the three darker starting spaces on your zoo board.
3. You can choose which of your three Variability Tiles goes on which starting space.
4. The tiles replace the normal bonuses on those spaces.
5. This allows you to customize your starting board and gives you a slightly different setup from game to game.
