Let's Play SCYTHE | FENRIS Scenario 4 | Roll to One Board Gaming

Description provided by Roll to One Gaming on YouTube:

Scythe Board Game Playthrough We're back at the table for another hardcore round of Scythe, now digging into the "Rise of Fenerus" module for real, with Fenerus agents on the board and a full campaign narrative unfolding. Scythe is a game of area control and engine-building, and the Hardcore Vibe means every trade, mech deploy, and tunnel fight actually matters. This session also brought out the Wind Gambit (airships) and Backup Plan end-condition variants for extra chaos. Andy, Scotty, Davey, and George dig in with a running joke that the real objective of the night is knocking Davey off the top of the leaderboard. Andy swapped into Saxony this game and spent much of the session throwing off everyone else's plans with well-timed attacks — a source of ongoing (and very funny) frustration at the table. Mid-game brings mech deployments, territory disputes, and a tunnel-fighting debate before Scotty pushes into direct combat against Davey, eating a power penalty to force the fight and pick up a star and combat cards. As the endgame approaches, George realizes he can't catch up and pivots to grabbing one last star for final scoring, while the group works through a genuinely close scoring recalculation. Scotty comes out on top — though Davey's early-season wins keep him firmly in first place on the overall leaderboard. This episode is part of Roll to One Gaming Season 1, where every win counts toward our ongoing Season Board — and the Top 3 players at season's end earn Roll to One Shop merch.
