Let's Play NEAR AND FAR | Game 4 | Roll to One Board Gaming

Description provided by Roll to One Gaming on YouTube:

Near and Far Board Game Playthrough The road ends where it began — at the Last Ruin. In this episode we're closing out Season 1 with Near and Far, a game about camping under the stars, chasing ancient artifacts, and (for one lucky adventurer) winning it all. As our final Thinky-vibe game of the season, Near and Far leans into slower, more deliberate choices — resource routes, card economies, and character quests that reward careful planning over quick reflexes. This session brings Andy, Adam, Kristen, and Jackson together for one last trek through the mountains toward the ruins. Jackson wins the die roll and sets the pace early, while the table works through card draws, camps, and dueling strategies for hearts, coins, and reputation. Along the way, Kristen's character faces a bandit leader seeking forgiveness for a past betrayal, and Jackson's character gets tangled in an ongoing love story with a fellow traveler — with a twist neither of them saw coming. By the final scoring, Andy pulls ahead to close out the season with a win, followed by Kristen, Jackson, and Adam. This episode is part of Roll to One Gaming Season 1. Every win counts toward our Season Board, and our Top 3 players earn merch from the Roll to One Shop. With the season leaderboard locked in, we're already looking ahead to some format changes for next time — stick around to hear what's coming. New Roll to One Gaming episodes drop every other week.
