A note on Step 5, Infirmary.
The correct way is: If you treat a patient and it opens up a new bed, you can move a defender in the waiting area to the free bed immediately. This can happen before Relapse and Recovery. So basically, at any time, if you have a free bed, you can move a defender from the Waiting Area into it. At 1:11:42 I could have saved the life of the Solider in WA1 by healing the Volunteer in Bed5/6.
I managed to bungle the rules for moving Defenders on the map on both of the playthrough videos I have up and only realized it way afterwards (today is October 7, 2023). First printing, English manual, page 20, "A Defender may not end its movement in a space with another Defender, with the exception of the Fortress or a Supply Depot."
Clarification on Defenders on the map (and how I made the same mistake THREE TIMES,. but it didn't actually change anything until the 3rd time, where it didn't matter because it was the end):
0:13:24 Defenders CAN end their movement on the same space if it is a Supply Depot OR the Fortress but NOT in the field (I make this mistake next turn). Although technically one could have held back a space for next round.
0:21:32 These two Defenders can NOT be sharing the same space (Orange 1). One would have had to stay one space back (Cyan 1). It's hard to tell in the video but I have two green defenders in a stack.
0:32:06 "These guys come in" - is two Defenders stacked. Had one been in the legal space behind the other, they both still would be able to have made it in on this turn right now. :)
0:41:53 Again I made the same mistake, I placed two Defenders (green) on the same Map space NOT in the Fortress or a Supply Depot. One would have had to stop in 5 Yellow instead of 6 Yellow. They would have been able to make it to the Supply Depot next turn anyway (even avoiding the Patrol by going up, right, up instead of right, up, up).
1:19:41 Hey guess what, the same mistake again! Two green Defenders ended their movement in Orange 5. This time it WOULD have mattered because (spoilers) a Patrol came out on Orange 5, and if a Hunter was on Orange 4 (legally) they would have had to step into the patrolled Orange 5 on the next turn. :(
