In this Video the Whose Turn Team reviews the Tableau Engine building game: Earth. Earth is a highly strategic replayable board game where you build out a Tableau grid of Varying action cards that are activated through-out the game when players pick specific actions. The uniqueness of this game comes from how you're always interacting with everyone else who is playing. When every you choose an action in Earth Everyone at the table also gets to do a similar weaker action and activate all corresponding action cards in their tableau based on the Action "Color" they choose. While the player interaction is significantly more prominent in Earth that other Engine building games, you find yourself walking a fine line of paying attention to others and how their building out their Tableau and playing your own game, as one of the most important aspects of the game is how you build out your own tableau to best hit on all the end game challenges.
While the game is Beautifully illustrated, and mechanically is fairly balanced there are some flaws that the group discuss. Stick around to the end to see how everyone rates the game and a little on how they came to their ranking.
