Let's Play AZUL | Roll to One Board Gaming

Description provided by Roll to One Gaming on YouTube:

Azul Board Game Playthrough Grab your tiles and watch your back — tonight's Roll to One Gaming session is Azul, and we're playing it Cutthroat style. Azul is a gorgeous tile-drafting game about building patterns on your wall while trying to force your opponents into painful, point-killing overflow. Add a Cutthroat ruleset on top of that, and every draft becomes a small act of sabotage. This one's a rules-nerd's dream and a rivalry-lover's dream all in one. Andy, Adam, Jaden, and Greg spend the early rounds untangling a few house-rule mix-ups (turns out we'd been playing a couple of details wrong), then settle into a genuinely tense drafting war. Andy gets stuck eating a brutal six-tile penalty in one turn, snowflake tiles become a running joke and a real strategic battleground, and the game comes down to a one-point margin between Adam and Jaden that has us reaching for an asterisk. This is also the fourth Cutthroat game of the season in the ongoing rivalry between Andy and Jaden for bragging rights. This episode is part of Roll to One Gaming Season 1. Every win counts toward our Season Board, and our Top 3 players earn a shoutout and Roll to One Shop merch when the season wraps. Whether you're rooting for a favorite or just here for the chaos, every session adds to the standings. New Roll to One Gaming episodes drop every week.
