About Wild Guess! — from BoardGameGeek:
A fast-paced card guessing game that rewards memory luck. Players take turns guessing the color or suit of the next card in their deck. Correct guesses allow players to remove cards from the deck; incorrect guesses let their opponents have a turn. The first person to get rid of their cards wins.
