How to Play Ricochet Poker

Description provided by James Ernest on YouTube:

James Ernest explains the rules and procedures for the casino version of Ricochet Poker. This is different from the home game, which is explained in another video, Ricochet Poker II: https://youtu.be/wsF1cnPe-rw Both versions of Ricochet Poker are played entirely face up, and each player in turn decides whether to pay for more cards. The game is called "Ricochet" because the action always moves to the player with the lowest hand.
