CLARIFICATIONS/CORRECTIONS:
01:10 - The 3 extra Orange and 3 extra Green cubes do not have to be place in the same region; they may be spread out. Also ignore the errant green cube in the Rockies (it should not be there).
18:33 - Also two NPT cubes can influence move one SPT cube, or two SPT cubes can influence move one NPT cube.
An activation point may also be use to transfer all casualties in a player’s Casualty Box to the respective friendly Ready boxes.
If a player does not have a Engagement (Cavalry), Migration (Settlers), or War Party (NPT/SPT) card in their hand, they MUST play one of their Event cards as an activation/movement card and not for the event. Each Event card played in such manner grants the activation of 2 groups moving up to two regions. No new cube placement takes place.
