GPH plays New Avernus (Oracle solo mode)

Hello! Welcome back to another playthrough in the new setup! It's far from perfect, but as much as I appreciate my humble beginnings in the Game Garage, I think this has more promise for the long term (especially in the Minnesota winters...) Today I'm showing off one of the two solo modes available in the still-new game New Avernus from Publishing Goblin. In New Avernus, you're playing as animated but unliving creations exploring ruins in order to rebuild a "city for the end of the world" only to then have it be tested with apocalyptic meteors by the same god that animates you. There's discovery, engine- and tableau-building, and in the end, a hefty dose of random chance as to where the meteors hit before all the points are scored up. In this solo mode, thematically you're playing through building "the first city" so it's well before the four factions ever came together. Mechanically, it also makes use of the Oracle of Glass and Stone to dictate the world around your actions, delivering even more random chance as well as drop dead gorgeous art (which I do _not_ make enough of an effort to show off, haha).
