About Lets Talk About Mental Health Awareness “Becks” - Becks, provided by the creator on YouTube:
Hey :), thanks for clicking onto our channel! Here are some mental health awareness videos hoping to change negative attitudes and challenge stigma, and others that we made just to have to have fun too!
We're known as Becky, we're 30 (physically) & live in Yorkshire, England. We're diagnosed with DID, complex ptsd and more issues that were still working on beating and understanding.
We've struggled with mental health issues since early childhood and have experienced things such as trauma, psychosis, dissociation, DID, self harm, hearing voices, depression, addiction, anxiety and PTSD. We are not qualified in anything other than Voice Diagloguing and Mental Health Awareness Levels 1&2 formally so please understand that although we've lived this a long time and our videos are to tell ours (and many other's) stories in the hope of promoting better understanding and awareness of subjects such as mental health & addiction, we are not qualified professionals, merely "experts by experience".
