Waterloo 1815 Campaign by Mark Herman (Revised Video)

Description provided by Blastpop on YouTube:

Blastpop examines Mark Herman's latest design, Waterloo 1815 Campaign, published in C3I issue 33. It uses an evolution of his earlier Gettysburg 1863 game. While simple to play, both games bely the often difficult decisions to be made during game play.
