Watch “S(Han)e Solos "The Glade"!,” a gameplay video for The Glade from Shane and Stuff on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Shane and Stuff on YouTube:
"The Glade" is the next game coming from Richard Breese. Inspired by Rummikub, Set, Scrabble, and Qwirkle it's an addicting tile laying game in which you try to form sets of 4, getting your toadstools into the glad and then into your store, and hopefully an enclosure for extra points and actions. It's coming to Kickstarter very soon so be sure to keep an eye out for it!
I really enjoyed this play and the solo mode is a great challenge to claim all 12 of your toadstools in the least amount of turns, and then score points.

This is a prototype copy and all things are subject to change before the final product is complete.
Note: I did make one illegal set during the game. This didn't "break" the game so to speak, but it means my 2nd best score now doesn't count. I even had a good play of 3 toads I could have done but alas, sometimes making a video your brain gets distracted as you narrate and these things slip through the cracks.
