Watch “S(Han)e Solos "Keydom's Dragons"!,” a how-to-play guide for Keydom's Dragons from Shane and Stuff on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Shane and Stuff on YouTube:
"Keydom's Dragons", the latest game from Richard Breese and R&D games is a retheme of Aladdin's Dragons from 2000. Keydom, the original game and largely regarded as the world's first worker placement game was published in 1998. At Essen 1999 it was picked up by Hans im Gluck and made into Aladdin's Dragons. Now, 22 years later, the dragons are coming home to the Keyniverse!
This latest implementation features an expanded player count from 3-5 to 1-6, featuring the automa "ghosts" which allow a 1 or 2 player game to become a 3 player game. These ghosts, designed by David Turczí, provide a difficult challenge as you will see in this solo playthrough. This game while having straight forward mechanics, becomes an extremely thinky puzzle as you figure out where your workers are best spent to maximize your opportunity and secure the artifacts to get the win!
After playing and editing this video, I definitely know some changes I would make to my strategy and I can't wait to revisit this game. It's a very small overheard of set up and rules upkeep for the powerhouse of a strategic and tactical puzzle that emerges.

Disclaimer: This is a prototype copy built by myself. The final components will be of a much higher quality and are subject to change, however, I am using the treasures from Aladdin's Dragons which Keydom's Dragons will still feature.
