This is an unbagging of the 2-player, but solitaire/solo capable wargame Manstein's War: Decision in the West. Manstein's War was designed by Joseph Miranda and published in World at War magazine #84. It uses a variant of the Boots system to model command, control, and logistics at an operation scale. This involves a chit-pull system making it solitaire friendly.
