Welcome back to Wonderland's War! In this second episode of my Wonderland's War miniature painting series, I paint three of the game's most iconic and mysterious characters: 🐉 Jabberwock 🐈 Cheshire Cat 🐛 Caterpillar Each miniature is painted using a completely different approach, focusing on techniques that are easy to adapt for your own tabletop projects. For Jabberwock, I use transparent Contrast-style paints through an airbrush to create smooth transitions from deep forest greens to a poisonous glowing finish. Cheshire Cat is painted with Shyish Purple, enhanced with Fluorescent Purple details and finished with Army Painter Fairy Dust to create a magical shimmer that changes under the light. Finally, Caterpillar features a cool Aethermatic Blue body, a vibrant red mushroom for strong color contrast, an aged Balthasar Gold hookah, and ghostly smoke created with Dreadful Visage. Throughout the video I also explain why I chose each color, how these techniques behave on miniatures, and how they help improve readability on the tabletop.
