In this video, we’re taking a quick look at the Latecomers expansion for Night at the Zoo and the four new animals it adds to the game! The expansion introduces four completely different animals, each with its own movement rules and scoring. In this video Dave explains how they move and score. Can you fit the Latecomers expansion into the original box? With the original plastic insert, there’s not really enough room for all the additional components. Remove the plastic insert, however, and everything fits comfortably. I keep the animals and extra components in bags inside the base game box. Should You Get It? I think you should! But that’s just me — I really enjoy Night at the Zoo, and these animals add some fun new ways to move, score and interact with the board.
