Watch “Klondike (Solitaire) - Playing with all the cards face-up,” a how-to-play guide for Patience from Nathan Wailes Gaming on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Nathan Wailes Gaming on YouTube:
IMO a better way to play Klondike is with all of the cards visible at all times. Playing the normal way has a low probability that you'll win. With everything face-up you can explore your options in a more systematic way.
Mainly how-to-play. Patience is covered on BoardGameVideo.com by 4 how-to-play guides, 2 recorded sessions, and 2 other videos.

About Patience, from BoardGameGeek:
Solitaire or Patience are a family of solitaire games with a standard playing card deck. While most Patience rules are for 1 player, there are a few Patience game rules for 2 players! They are also called "Zankpatiencen" (quarrel patiences) in German Patience books.
There are also commercial versions available with a collection of 2 full card decks (including Jokers), especially made to play Patience. The cards are extra small to carry in your pocket, in a little box. Instructions for several different Solitaire games are included.
