About The Nights of King Ludd, from BoardGameGeek:

In The Nights of Kind Ludd, 2-4 players direct oath-sworn secret societies of English Luddites at the dawn of the Industrial Revolution. Working together, you will build a secret network of saboteurs, ferry provisions and weapons on the black market, assemble raiding parties, and - if all goes as planned - smash those “dark satanic mills” to cinders. But beware the Crown's reprisals: Government spies, hired militias, and vindictive judges are marshalling their forces against you. Gameplay is typically 30-45 minutes per player, featuring 5 unique “Personae” and 6 asymmetric “Role” abilities. Augmenting each player's action menu is a shared tableau of cards called "the Commons." These multi-use cards allow players to more effectively mobilise their forces, infiltrate mills with saboteurs, and run sabotage operations. By carefully coordinating card play and unit positions, a powerful shared engine takes shape. But each player faction also introduces a unique victory condition that must be met for an individual win … and woes that would plague their progress. -description from the designer
