High Tide is one of the coolest stories to come out of PAX Unplugged 2024. Designer Marceline Leiman hand painted and stamped a tiny batch of copies for the Indie Games Night Market. She expected a cozy little crowd of indie fans. Instead the line wrapped around the space and the entire run sold out in seven minutes. That moment turned into a publishing deal with Underdog Games and now this tiny handmade abstract is officially here.

High Tide is a simple two player abstract about stacking hex tiles and moving up each turn. It is fast portable gorgeous and surprisingly emotional. You feel the hand crafted roots in every clack of the pieces. It is calming competitive and clever in a way most abstracts wish they were.
