Forestry Review Board Games with Rob

Description provided by Board Games with Rob on YouTube:

🌲 Forestry is a wonderfully themed action-selection / worker-placement game from Capstone Games, where sustainability matters just as much as production. In this video, I take a look at how Forestry plays, what makes it unique, and whether it deserves a spot on your game shelf. In Forestry, players are managing a growing forest economy—harvesting wood, crafting goods, and carefully reseeding and maintaining the forest to ensure long-term success. Your choices revolve around two main areas of play: Taking actions out in the forest using your Harvester Managing production and logistics by moving your Sawmill Manager between multiple sawmill headquarters The game does a great job of blending strategic efficiency with environmental responsibility, creating a puzzle that feels both satisfying and thematic. In this video, I’ll walk through how the game works at a high level, break down the different action spaces, explain scoring, and then wrap things up with my overall thoughts and review. 👇 I’d love to hear from you!
