📄 Short Description (appears under video): My first time diving into Flip Voyage — a nautical flip & write inspired by 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. I learn the rules, mess things up, and see if I can survive Farragut’s Pursuit in solo mode. Please consider subscribing... that would help me out a ton. It’s a flip and write inspired by *20,000 Leagues Under the Sea*, where you’re basically building your own mini-Nautilus and trying to earn notoriety before your luck runs out. You flip three cards each turn and have to decide how to use them — where to go, what to tell your crew, and what to actually do about it. I’m playing the **solo mode**, *Farragut’s Pursuit*, where you’re being hunted down while trying to complete your objectives. It’s tense, kind of chaotic, and surprisingly thinky. Expect a mix of “oh that was smart” followed immediately by “why did I do that.” 🦑 Designed by **Steven Aramini** and published by **Write Stuff Games**, it uses a standard poker deck to drive exploration, upgrades, and all the Jules Verne vibes you could want. 🔍 Gameplay Highlights: ► Flip and Write Adventure – Assign three cards each turn for destination, orders, and actions ► Nautilus Upgrades – Build, explore, and customize your submarine to gain new capabilities ► Notoriety & Leagues Track – Dual progress paths that determine when your journey ends ► Solo Mode – Face the challenge of Farragut’s Pursuit and test your underwater cunning ► Dry Erase Player Boards – Reusable setup for campaign style play or one shot dives 🎮 Join me as I explore the depths, push my luck, and see if I can live up to Captain Nemo’s legacy! 🔗 Playlists & More: ► Flip Voyage Full Let’s Play Gameplay Playlist: https://go.wakasm.com/flipvoyage ► Solo Board Games Playlist: https://go.wakasm.com/soloboardgames ► All Video Game Playthroughs + Let’s Plays Gameplay Playlist: https://go.wakasm.com/videogameplaythroughs ⏱ Timestamps: 00:00:37 - Like, comment, and call out rules mistakes 00:06:14 - Chart course, track leagues, gain rewards 00:10:03 - Marking leagues traveled 00:17:46 - Upgrades must match your three cards 00:20:49 - Upgrade discount and serrated rakers 00:25:02 - Crew buys stuff and fixes the ship 00:28:30 - Goal: 1 damage, 3 treasures, 1 salvage 00:40:53 - Draw two for Farragut, tension rises 00:56:46 - Debating more upgrades 01:09:02 - No treasure, damage, or knowledge gained 01:19:38 - VP per upgrade scoring 01:24:32 - Unsure how to play around Farragut 01:29:28 - Realizing upgrades were worth one point each 📅 Date Played: 10-24-2025 🔍 Connect with Me: ▶️ YouTube: https://youtube.com/wakasm 🌐 Website: https://www.wakasm.com 🔵 Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/wakasm.bsky.social 👽 Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/user/wakasm 🎮 Twitch: https://go.wakasm.com/twitch 🤖 Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/wakasm 📸 Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/wakasm 📽 TikTok: https://go.wakasm.com/tiktok 🌟 Patreon: https://go.wakasm.com/patreon 🎵 Music Credits: Intro: "Moonlit Skyline" by Nilhore Outro: "God Bear" by Nilhore Additional Music: Fesliyan Studios (with permission) 🕸 Wakasm Logo in ASCII Format: ░██╗░░░░░░░██╗░█████╗░██╗░░██╗░█████╗░░██████╗███╗░░░███╗ ░██║░░██╗░░██║██╔══██╗██║░██╔╝██╔══██╗██╔════╝████╗░████║ ░╚██╗████╗██╔╝███████║█████═╝░███████║╚█████╗░██╔████╔██║ ░░████╔═████║░██╔══██║██╔═██╗░██╔══██║░╚═══██╗██║╚██╔╝██║ ░░╚██╔╝░░╚██╔╝░██║░░██║██║░╚██╗██║░░██║██████╔╝██║░╚═╝░██║ ░░░╚═╝░░░╚═╝░░╚═╝░░╚═╝╚═╝░░╚═╝╚═╝░░╚═╝╚═════╝░╚═╝░░░░░╚═╝
