Endearment | Get Lost In JANE AUSTEN'S Timeless Classics As You ROLE PLAY Her Heroines & Find A Mate

Description provided by TableTopVibes on YouTube:

Imagine you’re a lovely young lady from a respectable family, engrossed in a captivating novel. You’re wondering if you’d be a heroine in such a story, with wit, charm, strength, and wealth. Amidst the elegant parties and charming characters, your heart starts to wander to the heroine’s romantic adventures. You might even find yourself wishing for a love story like hers! That’s where Endearment comes in. It’s a strategy board game where you play as one of Jane Austen’s beloved heroines. You’ll explore Regency England, improve your traits, and compete with other players to find a timeless romance. The game is divided into Chapters. At the start of each Chapter, new Settings and Characters are added to the game board, and a Plot card is drawn. Then, it’s your turn to visit the Town, gain Persuasion from the Tea House, buy Dresses from the Modiste, and invite or search for Characters in the Character deck. You’ll take turns visiting Settings and interacting with Characters in a series of rounds until all Settings have been visited and the Chapter ends. Just like in any Jane Austen novel, the game ends with a wedding (or sometimes more than one!). Once one or more players are married, the current Chapter is completed, the game ends, and bonus points are scored. The player with the most Endearment wins! *Chapter Overview* 0:00:00 - Intro 0:00:13 - Game Overview 0:02:06 - Chapters, Plot, Persuasion, and Town Actions 0:03:26 - Settings, Rivalries, and Characters 0:06:39 - Ending A Chapter, Starting The Next One 0:07:26 - Here's How Marriage Works 0:10:04 - The Art, A Recap, and How To Win 0:11:07 - Final Thoughts *Back This Game On Kickstarter* https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/duxsomnium/endearment *Buy/Sell your other board games at Noble Knight Games* https://www.nobleknight.com/ *Support us on our other Platforms* ►Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSUiRLcLVkO__I8Y6FLeUBg?sub_confirmation=1 ►Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/Table_top_vibes/ ►Facebook: https://m.facebook.com/p/TableTopvibes-all-About-Board-Games-100063653726718/ ►Twitter (X): https://twitter.com/Table_top_vibes ►Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@table_top_vibes ►Patreon: https://patreon.com/TabletopVibes #janeausten #regency #england #prideandprejudice #Emma #senseandsensibility #marriage #wit #wealth #capability #honor #vigor #charm #skill #highsociety #levelup #settings #characters #plot #modiste #fancy #dresses #duxsomnium #boardgames #tabletopgames #gaming #familygamenight #firstimpression #newgame #firstlook #tabletopvibes
