I’m using the “Poor Worm” (normal) variant with a 45-card future deck. About this Play We go full wanderer-vibes with a laminated sheet, scribbling wounds, ailments, companions and odd relics as the journey unfolds. Expect tight choices, gear checks and those delicious “do I dare flip this?” moments — all spoiler-safe here. The goal: reach the end of the deck before the world (or our body) gives out. About Doom Pilgrim Doom Pilgrim is a solo roguelike, card-driven adventure in a grim medieval world. The base game is 90 jumbo cards: you draw three, reject one, stack one to the bottom, then resolve one by reading its back and noting consequences on your sheet.
