What up Gamers! We welcome co-hosts Rob and Anna - Maria from Meeple Dungeon and Mista Rau from Mista Rau Rants and Reviews as we conduct a Post Mortem discussing the excess or value when it comes to Cthulhu Death May Die Fear of the Unknown designed by Rob Daviau and Marco Portugal published by CMON Games. Below are links to where you can find our co-hosts content as well as a description of the game itself Mista Rau Gaming https://twitter.com/MistaRau643 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCE3kGXaQ82ye1Q-lbqG7B1w The Meeple Dungeon https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzS-fB7m1WWZwy13j_QvmRQ https://twitter.com/MeepleDungeon https://themeepledungeon.podbean.com/ In Cthulhu: Death May Die, inspired by the writings of H.P. Lovecraft, you and your fellow players represent investigators in the 1920s who instead of trying to stop the coming of Elder Gods, want to summon those otherworldly beings so that you can put a stop to them permanently. You start the game insane, and while your long-term goal is to shoot Cthulhu in the face, so to speak, at some point during the game you'll probably fail to mitigate your dice rolls properly and your insanity will cause you to do something terrible — or maybe advantageous. Hard to know for sure. The game has multiple episodes, and each of them has a similar structure of two acts, those being before and after you summon whatever it is you happen to be summoning. If any character dies prior to the summoning, then the game ends and you lose; once the Elder One is on the board, as long as one of you is still alive, you still have a chance to win. The episodes are all standalone and not contingent on being played in a certain order or with the same players. Cthulhu: Death May Die is back with a new standalone box and upgraded rules! Designed by Rob Daviau and Marco Portugal, Fear of the Unknown marks a new Season of the hit board game that brought a new twist to the mythos universe created by H.P. Lovecraft. Face the challenges of 6 new Episode and 2 new Elder Boxes, that bring new insanities and monsters as well as new modular rules in this cooperative board game for 1 to 5 players. —description from publisher If you like what you see comment subscribe you won't be forced to join a cult nor will you be driven insane by what you are seeing Our Social Media pages Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DiceandDragonsGames/ Twitter: @Dice_and_Dragons https://twitter.com/Dice_and_Dragon Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/diceanddragons/ Want to support the channel check out the following link for 10% off at Multizone a portion of your purchase goes to support the channel. https://multizone.ca/discount/DICEANDDRAGONS #boardgames #cthulhu #cmongames Strategy5 by PeriTune | http://peritune.com Music promoted by https://www.free-stock-music.com Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License
