Watch “Crown Battles Card Game | First Impression Review,” a board game review for Crown Battles: Claim the Throne from TableTopVibes on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by TableTopVibes on YouTube:
The King is Dead. Long live the new King....If you can claim the throne that is.
In this trick-taking card game, strategize perfect foresight as you bid before starting the round. Have a dragon or column? Use these epic cards to crush all resistance. Are their lowly peasants in your hand? Be confident that no victories will come your way (you still get points for being correct with 0 tricks).
Additional special ability cards adds additional mechanics which warp the normal environment.
Feeling like you want more, there are 13 different variants to spice up the game which can be stacked on top of each other (check out Parallel Battles...our favorite)
Fight for supremacy. Fight for Dominance. Fight to be crowned the King. (yes there is a crown in the box you can wear) :)
