You play as a crew member of the Etonak Vanguard, the elite fleet of Etonak, the last free planet within the chaotic space zone known as the Chaosphere. A warship from the megacorporation Inferno is moving through the Chaosphere, carrying what could be a black hole–creating artifact. You're the only unit close enough to stop it before it reaches its destination. The mission is simple: intercept and neutralize the threat, at any cost. They don't know you're coming. You have a head start. Use it wisely. As you pursue the Inferno ship across three hostile Sectors, you'll explore, fight, scavenge, and upgrade your ship in preparation for the final battle.
