This is where negotiations come into play. If a player placed a spy chip on the card the runner needs help in, they can be involved in talks. Players can strike deals using points, cards, information, or promises of future assistance. If an agreement is reached, the runner must fulfill their part of the bargain first, delivering the agreed-upon reward to the other player before revealing their answer. After this exchange, the player faces a pivotal decision. A good person may honour their commitment and tell the truth, earning your trust. However, that same player might decide to go rogue, choose to deceive you, stealing the reward or information all for themselves and thus strategically gaining the upper hand.
