Players must already have an UNO Show 'em No Mercy deck; the cards and coins in the expansion pack cannot be played with on their own. Includes 24 cards, 6 coins and instructions. -description from the publisher As of 2025 in the U.S., this expansion is a Wal-Mart exclusive. The card distribution is as follows: 8 #10 Cards, marked with a "Ten Replay Modifier" that lets the player who plays it immediately take another turn (similar to the "Skip Everyone" Cards, but these are considered Number Cards instead of Action Cards (see below). 8 Wild Discard All Cards; when played, you choose a color and discard all the cards you hold of that color. You then choose a color (the same color as discarded or any other color) to continue play. 4 Wild Reverse Draw Eight Cards; essentially, the same as the Wild Reverse Draw Four Cards in the base deck, but the next player in the new direction draws eight cards and loses their turn. You then choose the color that continues play. 2 Wild Final Attack Cards; when played, you reveal your hand. The next player must draw one card for each Action and Wild Card you hold and lose their turn. (This excludes the Number Cards with modifiers--0, 7 and 10.) But if you have 7 or more Action/Wild cards in your hand, the next player has to draw 25 cards, and every other player (except you) draws 5 cards. You then choose the color that continues play. 2 Wild Sudden Death Cards; when played, EVERY player (including you) draws enough cards to bring their hand to 24 cards. You then choose the color that continues play. The Mercy/No Mercy coin is taken before play and its function must be chosen before cards are dealt out, and can only be used once per deal. If you choose to use the Mercy side, you can use it whenever you want to discard your entire hand to the bottom of the Discard Pile and draw a new hand of 7 cards from the Draw Pile. (This can also be used whenever your hand is over 25 cards to avoid elimination.) If you choose the No Mercy side, whenever you play a Draw Action/Wild Card, you can play the coin to DOUBLE the Draw penalty of THAT CARD ONLY. (Example: Playing a Wild Reverse Draw Eight, then playing a No Mercy coin doubles that card's draw penalty to 16.) It does not affect any other cards in any accumulated Draw pile, and it doesn't affect the card's value when adding cards to said accumulation. (Continuing the above example, another Draw Eight or Draw Ten could be played on the card, but the coin still only affects the penalty from the originally played card. But you could NOT play a Draw Four and another No Mercy coin and consider it a Draw Eight.)
