Choose one of four asymmetric roles (Voodoo Mambo, Hoodoo Root Doctor, Pharmacist, or Charlatan) and work to treat patients made ill by The Haze. Collect the cards the patients need, then roll to see if they survive the treatment. If they do, gain the rewards shown which can be used for role abilities (better healing chances, increased rewards, substitutions, etc.) or converted to Victory Points at the end of the game. If the players outlast The Haze by curing enough patients, they then compare scores to see who was the best healer; if too many patients die, the game ends early and everyone loses. -description from the designer
