From BoardGameGeek

Mobs of Mayhem City is a tabletop game for 3 to 5 players aged 8+ which takes 10 to 15 minutes to play. Each turn, one of the players takes the set of Mayhem Tiles and drops them onto the table so they land on or near the bag, which represents Mayhem City. The players then have five seconds to decide what action to take. These include prospecting, cattle rustling, a bank heist, or an ambush. Everyone decides secretly and at the same time. When time's up, everyone reveals their decision and the actions are resolved. Rewards are paid in gold nuggets and gems from the pool, or are sometimes stolen from other players. When the pool is exhausted the game ends, and the richest player wins. -description from the designer
