From BoardGameGeek

A fast paced 2-4 player game that is based on tic-tac-toe. Every player has a pile of 24 cards. The one who gets rid of all cards first wins. The method of playing cards is simple: You take a look at the top card and then put it somewhere on the playing field. Be careful however you don't create three in a row of another player's symbol! When you do, all cards currently on the table become part of your drawing pile. There are no turns. It's all about how fast you can put cards on the table without accidentally creating three of a row of another player, while trying to get three in a row of your symbol. Although this can be played by 5-year-olds and 95-year-olds alike, it is best enjoyed by players of equal speed, although this can be remedied by giving the fastest player some piles from the slowest player. -description from the publisher
