This channel related mainly to medicine and psychiatry until I retired June 30, 2020. It now also includes recreational content as I've adjusted to retirement . All videos that refer to my former blog The Practical Psychosomaticist or The Practical C-L Psychiatrist may have a link to it but I shut down the blog on June 1, 2018. I'm gradually letting go of my identity as a psychiatrist and evolving toward a life deriving meaning from something other than work. As a medical professional, my career, my days, and my relationships had been tightly keyed to work. I hardly know how else to structure my time. I'm learning how to do other things. What you see here is a sort of video log of my journey. I'm having fun.
