About Historic Wings, provided by the creator on YouTube:
Historic Wings is an online aviation adventure and pilot magazine featuring stories about airplanes, helicopters, jets, and everything that flies -- bringing history to life, with stories from both the past and present.
== To understand the present and to predict the future, we must first remember the past.
Above all, what matters are the people, not just the aircraft and technologies that make flight possible. They took risks and achieved extraordinary things, taking us from the ground to the stars. The pilots, inventors, pioneers, and others who have taken to flight changed the world -- and for the better.
Thank you for your patronage! We hope you enjoy your time at Historic Wings! Please visit us online at HistoricWings.com. Historic Wings is one of the most venerable and first aviation websites online. While our YouTube channel was started in 2021, we have been publishing online since October 1997.
Welcome!
