About Dr. Incompetent, provided by the creator on YouTube:
I have always had a love of having a good time. Pretty controversial stuff, right? I have mainly settled into playing games and reading books as my primary interests.
I became an English professor with a love of contemporary literature, with an emphasis on sf. I also play video games. A lot. This channel is my attempt to share my passion for games with others to create some chill, positive vibes for all to enjoy. Think Bob Ross meets gaming--without the painting.
I hope you enjoy these videos and participate in the evolving conversations surrounding the many games I dabble in, which centrally involve fond recollections and friendly diatribes, trying to help this incompetent gamer get through the game :)
