About Lost Games, provided by the creator on YouTube:
Hey, I'm Carlos, a board game designer, founder of Lost Games, and someone who's spent the last 10 years turning ideas into games people actually play.
We have funded and shipped 7+ games through crowdfunding. We've made mistakes, rebuilt things from scratch, and learned most of what we know the hard way.
This channel is where I show all of it, and I try to condense these stories into 2 main series:
Diary of a Designer: Follows the real development of our next game, Throne of Etherwyn; the mechanics that break, the decisions that keep me up at night, and the moments where something finally clicks.
My Favourite Games: This is where I share the games that have shaped how I think about design. These are my honest takes on what makes a great game great.
If you've ever wondered what actually goes into making a board game, this is the channel for you.
