Zombicide: Warlords of the Middle Kingdom Review – Dynasty Warriors With Zombies

Description provided by The Shoebill Studio on YouTube:

Step into the chaos of China’s Three Kingdoms era… but with zombies. In this review, I cover Zombicide: White Death – Warlords of the Middle Kingdom, the Kickstarter-exclusive expansion that brings legendary figures like Liu Bei, Guan Yu, Zhuge Liang, and Cao Cao to the frozen streets of Wintergrad. This set is a mashup of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Dynasty Warriors, and classic Zombicide mayhem. You’ll get: ⚔️ 8 new survivors drawn from Chinese history and literature 🧟‍♂️ A necromancer based on Zhang Jiao of the Yellow Turban Rebellion 👹 A terrifying abomination in the form of Dong Zhuo, the infamous tyrant I’ll break down the historical and literary context, show you what works, where the design stumbles, and ultimately answer the big question: is this the best small-box expansion for White Death so far? If you’re a fan of Dynasty Warriors, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, or just want more thematic firepower for Zombicide, this expansion might surprise you.
