We think "I Cut You Choose" is not for us ? | A Review of Stamp Swap

Description provided by ThinkerThemer on YouTube:

We've been thinking about this review for a long time now as Stonemaier always provide a long lead time to reviewers to ensure the game can be played many times. And play we did! We had high expectations (great theme, great designer) but for some reason it fell a little flat for us and for our gaming groups. It gave us the opportunity to reflect on the core mechanic and why we sometimes were left feeling less-than-satisfied throughout the course of the game where others may not. As always we hope this helps you decide whether or not this is a game for you! We're Amy & Maggie aka ThinkerThemer. We're an Australian couple with two very different perspectives of what makes a great board game - Amy (Thinker) is all about the mechanics and enjoys tight, competitive games, and Maggie (Themer) is all about the storytelling and the theme of the game, and the 'world' that the designer is trying to create. Subscribe to our channel to hear us talk about these two elements of a game, and how well integrated we feel these are in delivering a cohesive and wonderful game experience. #boardgames #tabletopgames #thinkerthemer ❤🏳️‍🌈🇦🇺
