Hegemony - 1 Round Walkthrough - 3-handed Solo

Description provided by Spectral Boardgamer on YouTube:

Tabletopia walkthrough (1 round) of the board game HEGEMONY. - PLEASE switch on Klingon subtitles for additional references for rules mistakes (see below) - --- Timestamps below for easier chapter navigation --- This is NOT a professional review (actually my very first YT-video - still getting used to all the software and the processes). Also NOT a Rules Tutorial - it would be helpful if you already know the basic rules of the game. This is a basic overview of the game mechanics and the situations/options in the game, to get a general feeling for the Flow of Hegemony. (I do make several mistakes but those are normally remedied shortly after, and none of them lead to corrupted game states or wrong values being used - the mistakes are marked in the video.) IMPORTANT NOTICE: The following additional rules mistakes which are not mentioned in the video have come to my attention since the posting of the video: - 16:20: Technical clarification regarding the healthcare example: The Middle Class has to buy its produced resources from itself (without paying money but as part of a Buy action) in order to transfer them from its production area to its goods & services area and, consequentially to be able to use them for self-consumption. - 29:00: The State board is normally not featured in a 3 player game. So the resources the State obtained through the “Bid Riggin” action should get discarded. (Also the storage limit of the State for Food or Luxury is normally 4.) - 32:40: The middle-class player should have received 1 VP for selling to the Foreign Market. - 53:00: When the new public companies are revealed they of course have to be paid for by the State: 20 each for a total of 60 money. - 1:02:25: The middle-class also gets 2 workers in the Preparation phase from Rd. 2 on - 1 skilled & 1 unskilled (this has been clarified in a Rules thread on BGG) NOTICE: All the above-mentioned additional rules mistakes are now included in Klingon subtitles in the video - please switch those on to see the respective information when watching.
