Video Grin 'N' Bear It - VHS Board Game 1993

Description provided by IndianFlats on YouTube:

Very odd one-off-experience game featuring a VHS tape of a grotesque puppet called "Hysterical Eddie", created by the people behind 80's satire mainstay Spitting Image. The idea is not to laugh at the antics players are forced to perform by Eddie. Every time you laugh, you lose one of your six laughter tokens. You can easily play this yourself - other than the tape, the box only contained a six sided dice and 60 identical cardboard tokens which you could easily substitute. (And a rule sheet, but that's explained in the footage anyway!) I've never seen this game mentioned anywhere, presumably because it's just not very good. The puppet host is grating at best, comically feeble at worst. You'd likely need the players to be very drunk to get any enjoyment out of this oddity, and then they'd probably have trouble keeping up with Eddie's orders anyway. (Marked as 18+ just because the original game was rated 18 by the BBFC at the time.)
