UNO Pokemon Best Wishes Card Game

Description provided by CardCoolector on YouTube:

Produced in Japan by Mattel in 2012. A card game version of the Pokémon Best Wishes TV anime series that started broadcasting in 2010. The package and card images feature over 50 different Pokemon characters. Unlike regular Uno cards, each of the legendary Pokémon has been sort to 4 types: Yellow = Denki", Red = Hono, Blue = Mizu, Green = Hase, and more. Includes 2 Uno Pokemon BW (Best Wish) original special Uno cards "Rocket Team" & "Master Ball" cards. The basic rules are the same as Uno, but if you hold a card from the Rocket Team or Master Ball, you can create an original technique that is not found in regular Uno Cards. Team Rocket: Skips all players except the player who has the Pikachu/Ash card (if they have it). If the Pikachu/Ash card is not in play, it skips back to the player who played the Team Rocket card. Masterball: Allows the player to put a card from the discard pile on top of the draw pile, forcing the next player to take it.
