Union vs Central - 2p Teaching, Play-through & Roundtable Discussion by Heavy Cardboard

Description provided by Heavy Cardboard on YouTube:

Where to start with this one? Union vs Central is a game of a bygone era, originally published in 1999. It is nearly impossible to acquire a copy (right now) and we're hoping to change that fact by highlighting it. Some folks have (rightly) referred to this game as Roads & Boats: The Card Game. Is it long? Yes! Is it mean? Yes! It is kinda glorious and reward those who play it? You betcha! So come out the game and if you're weird like us and this tickles your fancy, let's raise the profile of UvC and see if we can get this puppy reprinted!
