Welcome to Fun with Boxes, Episode 276: Unboxing Pitch Battles: The Football Derby Strategy Game from publishers By Jove and designed by Marcus Adams In Pitch Battles, as a team manager, select your starting lineup and formation from your squad. Use your deck to direct players, move tokens, tackle, gain possession, pass through defences, and shoot for goals. Seek tactical guidance from your assistant coach and inspire your captain to rally your team. Get the referee on your side and encourage your supporters to cheer and support you. Intimidation from the fans, encouraged by dubious challenges, may sway the game in your favour. Winning is crucial in this local derby!
